The Pilates Mat Module starts this Friday, October 8th!
For those of you who are already certified Pilates instructors, this is an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Pilates matwork and reinvigorate your teaching! We are thrilled to have Susan Powers joining us this year to add some Franklin-based anatomy to the mix.
