Revisit and deepen your understanding of fundamental skills and learn imagery to successfully cue your clients into those skills.

Part 2 (Requires attendance of Part 1)
PROgressions of skills into Intermediate and Advanced exercises on all equipment
Take the skills learned in part 1 of the series and use them as building blocks to the more advanced work. Learn ways to prepare your clients' bodies for successful execution and also develop your teaching eye to see which skills need work.
