PROgressions of skills into Intermediate and Advanced exercises on all equipment
Take the skills learned in part 1 of the series and use them as building blocks to the more advanced work. Learn ways to prepare your clients' bodies for successful execution and also develop your teaching eye to see which skills need work.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes. I woke up to a beautiful view of the Chrysler bldg and the NY skyline…listened to Maze’s Happy Feelins….and it was a great day. Colorado Christmas
Went to see the Denver Zoo Lights last night and it was beautiful. I've never been to a snow covered zoo before.
